Per Wiki, these generate endurance charges and I cannot find them in the build:
- Skills: Enduring Cry, Warlord's Mark, Endurance Charge on Stun
- Equipment: Ambu's Charge, Daresso's Defiance, Doedre's Elixir, Surgebinders, Bringer of Rain, or Voll's Devotion.

I'm sure I must be looking right at the answer.

Immortal Call works by itself. You don't technically need Endurance Charges, they do increase the duration, but you will still get a base duration with Immortal Call + 0 Charges
