What is the point you can Transmute a Rarirty Ring and you can + get HP and Resist :D

at least give some Quantity maybe :D

Finally an item with the 'potential' to be fantastic (ie an item to hunt and rng gods to praise if it works well) but taking into account drops and maths I'm sure there won't be too many of them around, especially well-rolled.

This ring - with a decent to good roll - is beyond good. I need to buy divines, farm gold rings and chances. Quick ;)

will the characters be moved over at the end or is this one of them leagues where nothing transfers & everything becomes non accessible.
