Yeah I can at times rise above it but you sometimes it's better to call people on their words cause that's all they have on these forums.

There are more items like this with one of the mods missing but the most weird i've seen was a no sockets (zero sockets) Cybil's Paw.

I honestly don't see why GGG don't just fix the obviously bugged item in this situation and be done with this! Bugs in most games get addressed and anything affected as well! But not in POE!

I can understand GGG cant replace the lost items for obvious reasons or put linked sockets back on items but items like this one that was effected in such a way by the bug should be fixed when the player made them aware of the item! And its not like its even a random roll its just a mod that is on all of them that gives it its main function is what i dont understand!

I think its wrong for GGG to refuse to fix this! Its not the players fault the item got bugged so why does the player have to just take the loss? The worst part about this is if that was say an Abysuss without the more phys damage mod or a coil without the -lightning resist i bet it would have been fixed then!

This item in particular i just don't understand why they wouldn't address it! Then again i dont understand a lot of things GGG is doing here recently!
