The reason GGG wont touch it is because they already announced how to fix any items effected by the bug.. Divine it and it will give the mod back!


The only problem with that is it is Legacy so it will also lose the Legacy mod! Which is also probally why GG again wont touch it because Legacy items seem like mistakes GGG wish they could take back and everyone that gets Vaal, Bricked, Or Divined is one less to worry about in game i guess!

Let me clarify.
I had the loath bane, someone else had the shav and twenty.
No trickery like item swap was used in selling it, just the withholding of information.
About fifty people looked at the item before i sold it.

As far as feeling bad is concerned, yes, I do feel guilty, but I would do it again to recover my loss. It's easy to say you would not as well without being in my shoes at the time.

Oh, and i had quite a dialogue with support about it. Like i said in another post, they told me to fornicate myself with a void battery. (They even suggested selling it to a collector, and that a divine MAY fix it, but it's not guaranteed. I asked if someone from staff would buy it, and got a similar response. ... That one I understand.)

So the choice was to try and sell, or roll the dice and divine and risk total loss.

Oh, and I sold it for 80, not something crazy like two hundred. the other fifty people who looked at it said "what's wrong with it" and I told them. Greed, however, can blind you.

American markets sell bundled toxic debt daily. This is a smaller version of that. I feel bad for whomever holds it last.
