[1.3][Bloodlines/HC]Budget Arc,Beginner Friendly,Cheap,Easy Mode

Loving this build. Level 77 so far in hardcore and it's the first character I've ever successfully mapped on (had a level 71 marauder that I ripped first map I ever did). i tested 2 version of this build before the lockstep reset in beta, 1 phase accro version and a hybrid version
they both work really well, the hybrid version with good gear can stack up to 8-10k hp pool ,and the phase accro/light coil version is also really good.
after the aura change we need to run clarity on life using blood magic gem that's why i prefer the hybrid version over the accro/coil for the new patch 2.0

Do you still use Artic Armor for the Hybrid Build? With that little dex, is it worth using a low lvl one?

Also, which gems would you recommend improving quality for first?

the mana needed to run arctic armour is lower on beta so even without EB you can run it really easy and if you dont have good mana regen gear even a level 12-15 AA is really good, also if you need more dex just grab a 30dex node or try to get flat dex on gear if you can

thx for the guide. Came back to the game after a 2 year hiatus and was looking for an easy build to get going again. Your guide was perfect for that.

You were talking about switching over to a crit build - how is that done? Are there specific Items you need for that?

Also my DPS seems cery low for a lvl 75. ist just over 5k. Ist it only because the skill gems are not maxed yet?
