I agree with Iluvatar. While this is a much needed development for the current drop rates, drop rates are the problem.

A properly balanced game would not need this fix. The loot system needs refinement.

I think this is a great addition to the game. It allows players to decide for themselves what is important to see and what isn't, which may change over time or session to session.

For those who may not have the technical know-how to make a sophisticated script on there own, I imagine it will take less than a day for dozens of community-designed scripts to be ready to download and apply. And it won't take much longer than that for community-developed tools to be released that can build a script for you in a variety of ways.

the color changing things is actually genius. now we can get our own attention. currency gold, rares green, 5l/6l red, its awesome and helpfull. you dont even need see what it is, oh thats the type that dropped, oh thats mine. ALSO. quality of life, showing those colors on the mini map as tiny blips so we dont accidentally miss any.
