Plenty of us know how to write scripts. I have no doubt that there will be plenty of scrips available online quite soon.
A bit crude solution, but I guess it will work.

Let's start making those scripts.

Also, I feel sorry for the new players that will come with A4, boy will they feel lost. They will probably Hide all the drops.

^I think you are overestimating your regular newbie. They won't know what script is, let alone load it into the game.

This is a very good point. I've often died to playing with my "z" off and my char runs and picks up a white karui chopper i just happened to mouse over and stops to do it.

Can we make certain item's null or something?

I would assume that this would work by hiding anything that is not on the list you make, you could probably show them by the show items button.
Unless I'm misunderstanding, the filter is for the highlighing names specifically. You can see in the screenshot that there are items on the ground with no highlight. This suggests to me that it would still be possible to accidentally click/pickup items mid combat or something.
Can we have our OWN sounds play? Or different GGG sounds?

Really, i want trumpets to blare and the screen to explode in fireworks if a mirror drops. I truly am not jesting.

There are 9 sounds to choose from that you can select from a number. And yes, you actually can control the volume by specifying it as a second number after the sound number. I'll add docs for that into this post soon.
