MingPrawn's Broken Cats Toss" ~ [2.0]
" reworking my setup was never due to ele reflect, it was never an issue for me. It was only due to because I felt I could make it better, thats why i really keep reworking. Poe school and teachers, what are you, 13 or 14? spoonfeeding scrubs isnt my hobby. yeah , im just stating the potential of st. so yeah heres the calculation for you to see for the spells to proc; (1.0 * 0.915 * 0.7) |

" Seems like you dont know that crit is rolled twice either. Crit -> hit -> crit. Spoonfeeding scrubs is indeed not an hobby of mine either... Yawn. Yet I'm sitting here doing it. Not to mention that wasnt even what I was saying, I was merely saying that if a crit is rolled, ALL projectiles of ST will crit both back and forth, this has nothing to do with cast on crit at all. You should also consider not every has 70% chance to proc since that would be level 21 CoC, nor does everyone have a vagan dagger and 91,5% crit. Keep making yourself look like an asshole, like your previous guide that had DPS calculations stolen from shatter chuck thread that was based on the proc ratio of 0.01 CD CoC with barrage, was it? " what does this even mean? how is this an explanation to why you chose them? are you actually serious or were you working that kush when you made this post? Let me get this straight. You are under the impression that the "explosion" generates extra damage, or are you just completely clueless of the mechanic behind shotgunning? Ming just for you <Removed by support> here is a version of what DiPT was trying to say directly quoted from the poe wiki "Critical Strikes are rolled on a per-action basis, not per-monster. So each time you use a skill, the Critical Strike roll is made once and only once. If you roll a Critical Strike, you will deal Critical damage to all enemies hit by the skill."

Please look into basic mechanics before writing poorly done guides and making yourself try to seem smart publicly. It's really not working...
Next time you attempt to write a guide learn to take criticism instead of being completely full of yourself, no one likes a narcissist. Last edited by Littsint#6127 on Mar 25, 2015, 8:23:46 AM

Just partied with Ming today and he carried a 5 man group through Atziri, soloing all the bosses (well, we helped for the duo). Quite a strong build.
This build is uber-expensive and is similar to some other vagan coc ones, and it's nice to see a few variants out there, even if most of us will never be able to afford it. 2.6 BLS Berserker budget shaper farmer build guide: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1882710

I read through the thread. I had to side with MingPrawn. It was a nice gesture to show an economical way to run a coc build yet maintaining decent end game dps. I do find most of other popular guides full of mirror items and these GG items are owned by 1% of the player population. Meanwhile, other 99% of the players would still enjoy guides like this one.
I don't understand why some people waste their time trying to win arguments on this forum for the sake of themselves being right. This guide served its purpose. It was well structured and well explained. Arguing which coc build is better is essentially meaningless. It may seem like a big deal to you that other 1% of the players can kill uber atziri faster, but to other 99% of the player population, it doesn't matter much. OP and haters should just chill and stop wasting time on this. I agree its a good guide with a tree that works. Theres a bit of bis gear but so what also isnt it obvious that explosive spells like artic breath and fireball would cause more damage to bosses.

I'm testing this build as we speak love it so far keep it up :)
