DUAL WIELD BROKEN CATS TOSS (completed on 1/4/2015/not april fools)
NEW UPDATED GEAR AND SKILL TREE
Broken Toss Broken Toss initially re-envisioned by MingPrawn, which is an alternative version of Banana Toss, a build designed by MingPrawn A huge special thanks to flume04 for writing up this guide for me I am pleased to present to you with the most cutting edge in cast-on-crit technology currently available in Wraeclast - cast-on-crit Brokentoss! [/i] This build utilizes a combination of the gems Spectral Throw as well as both Arctic Breath and Fireball, in unison with Cast On Critical Strike to offload nothing short of insanely high DPS. This build also makes use of stacking large amounts of Global Critical Strike Chance and Multiplier to not only allow several casts of Arctic Breath and Fireball per second, but to allow those spells to crit and deal incredible damage and elemental status ailments of freeze and burn. So what sets this build apart from other cast-on-crit builds?
Here's The Twist!
I'm glad you asked! What sets this build apart from the rest is the use of a special, revolutionary weapon! Vagan's Poignard!
Vagan's Poignard
This means that when crafted, this dagger provides a ridiculous 100% chance to hit. For crit builds, accuracy can be extremely difficult to obtain and punishing when you do not have enough. This weapon means we no longer need accuracy on any of our gear or our passive tree, and gives us a huge consistent DPS spike that no amount of accuracy rating could provide. Another huge benefit to using Vagan's Poignard in this build is the fact that we do not rely on high physical/elemental damage on our weapon to obtain damage. Thus, mods such as Tyrannical and Emperor are not required! What this means is that we are not penalized for using this dagger and missing a weapon mod, when compared to other builds who rely on having a high DPS weapon.
A fully crafted version of this dagger has been created, all thanks to AXN! HYPE!
As Vagan's Poignard is only available at item level 59, the 4 remaining mods were crafted up to tier 2 as tier 1 is not available. But as discussed above, the benefits of 100% chance to hit makes this dagger the absoloute best cast-on-crit dagger for this build in existence! It is available for mirroring at AXN's thread, HERE! Pros and Cons of playing this build

Gear Requirements As with most low life builds, it works best at a high budget. However this build does have many low cost alternatives. The main items you must be able to afford are these: (link shavs here without any gems in it)(link acuities here without any gems in it)

DPS Calculations You can view your own personal DPS calculations with this spreadsheet by downloading it and changing the values to your ones. The values which are currently there are my personal values. As you can see when combining Fireball and Arctic Breath a total of 2.07 MILLION AOE GMP DPS is reached without even considering shock or curses. Stats These stats are with RF + Atziri's Promise Flask
Spectral throw
Spectral throw is used to trigger the linked spells via Cast On Critical Strike. Spectral throw generates 5 * 5.6 = 28 projectiles per second since it hits 5 times for each attack and attacks 5.6 times per second. This does NOT include the projectiles proccing even more spells as the spectral throw returns back to the character.

Gear Breakdown (link a solaris lorica here, tell me if u dnt have 1 ill give u) Shavronne's Wrappings or Solaris Lorica are mandatory for this build. If you don't have either of these, you can not use the Blood Magic keystone and profit from Mortal Conviction. Without one of these items, this build would only perform at a small fraction of it's potential. These items allow you to take advantage of the various powerful auras which we are able reserve on our Life using the Blood Magic keystone and the Mortal Conviction notable. (link 3 resistance flasks + quicksilver flasks, pls ask me which flasks i will give u them to link here) Resistance Flasks with the Surgeon's prefix are extremely important as they ensure you have an almost permanent uptime of resistances close to 100%. The Surgeon's prefix is just as useful on a quicksilver flask. We choose the suffixes according to our needs. I recommend the ones shown above. Atziri's Promise does not only provide significant Chaos Damage to our spells while active but more importantly, it also adds a significant amount of Life Leech. These effects get further amplified by the Alchemist notable and surrounding passive nodes which take advantage of. We use this flask in combination with resistance Flasks to combat reflect monsters. Shavronne's Revelation provides us with a huge 4% Energy Shield Regeneration per second which is extremely powerful for this build. This enables us to completely negate the degeneration effect of Blood Rage, as well as also helping maintain the effect Righteous Fire running while having our elemental resistance flasks activated. Atziri's Acuity is extremely important as it provides us with instant life leech whenever we deal a critical strike (which is all the time). This allows us to fill up our Energy Shield pool instantly upon dealing a critical strike, using the Life Leech from our gear + Atziri’s Promise Flask. Rathpith Globe provides us with a decent amount of Energy Shield, Spell Damage, and most importantly, Spell Block. Whilst we do not by any means rely on this shield for defense against spells or reflect, the reason why we have chosen it for our core items is simply due to the fact that we already deal ridiculous amounts of AOE damage with our setup. Thus at this point, we must start prioritizing defense over offense. This is why we have not opted for a rare 6t1 shield. We value the spell block highly due to it's anti-spell and anti-reflect properties. The jewelry required for this build is very cheap and easy to obtain! For the amulet, our priorities are Global Critical Strike Chance and Multiplier, Spell Damage, Energy Shield % and if possible, Life Gain on Hit. This allows us to gain damage in various ways, increase our ES pool and also gain life on hit with our Spectral Throw, which in term assists us with sustaining our unreserved life pool which is used to cast Spectral Throw. Please Note: Life Gain on Hit is not necessary, but is just a nice bonus and can be noticed mostly in half-regen maps. Regularly, our life regeneration is obtained through the Vitality aura, which is more than enough to sustain us as our spectral throw mana cost is quite low, thanks to our tailor-made Elreon’s Ring which is discussed below. For the left ring slot, an Elreon's Unset Ring is typically selected as it allows us to place either a Righteous Fire or Whirling Blades gem inside. The Elreon's mod is very important for this build. It is chosen because the -mana cost of skills assists us greatly in reducing the mana cost of Spectral Throw, allowing us to spam it infinitely. To make a ring like this, a regal orb is used on a clean Elreon's Unset Ring until a desired mod is obtained. Desired mods can be (but are not limited to) All Resist, Attack Speed, Strength/Dexterity, Lightning Resist, etc. After obtaining the base consisting of the Elreon’s mod + 1 other regaled mod, the rest is easy. Simply put the mod 'Can have multiple crafted mods' on it, and proceed to add the rest yourself. Best in slot gear AXN's dagger, the Rapture Fang Poignard is definitely without a doubt the best weapon for this build. As discussed above, the 'Hits cannot be evaded' mod provides you with incredible effectiveness yet virtually no penalty for this build. Despite only being able to have tier 2 mods for the remaining 4 other stats, the effectiveness of this mod is extremely overpowered, and ranks this weapon as the #1 cast-on-crit dagger in the game. Furthermore, the '1% of Cold Damage Leeched as Life' mod provides us with significant life leech from all of our spells. That's right, not just Arctic Breath gains effectiveness from this, but our Fireball does too! This is because through our aura Herald of Ice, our spells do bonus cold damage and shatter enemies, causing them to explode and deal even more cold damage to nearby enemies. All of these factors result in significant bursts of life leech from each explosion. This dagger is available HERE The Tempest Halo Hubris Circlet is the perfect helm for this build as it provides your character with a large amount of ES and resists which are required to cap out. As you have 100% chance to hit, you do not need any accuracy on your helmet. This helmet is available HERE The Headhunter Leather Belt is the best belt for this build as it provides you with significant Strength and Dexterity stats which saves you several passive points, as well as giving you immense fun playing with the rare mods obtained through killing rare monsters. Possible Alternate Gear If you are unable to obtain a mirrored tri-resist helmet, the Vertex Vaal Mask is a great, low cost option for you to use. It provides you with a decent amount of Energy Shield, as well as Chaos Resist and +1 to level of Socketed Gems. Simply drop Haste in place for Purity of Elements, and you are good to go! If a Headhunter is unavailable to you, the Doryani's Invitation Belts provide us with Strength, Elemental Resists and Elemental Damage as well as Elemental Damage leeched as life, all of which are important mods to have for this build. The Elemental damage leeched as life is particularly good for us, since with such a high damage output 1% Life Leech is enough in almost every scenario. However, it is important to make sure to use either a Cold or Fire version of the belt to correspond with the spells linked in your cast-on-crit. The cold one is recommended as auras like Herald of Ice mean you ultimately deal more cold damage with each crit, due to your spells dealing extra cold damage and shattering enemies, causing them to explode and deal even more cold damage to nearby mobs. The Saffell's Frame Branded Kite Shield is useful for Atziri/Uber Atziri final fight as it provides significantly more Spell Block than Rathpith, as well as increasing our maximum resists. The penalty 'Cannot Block Attacks' is not as detrimental when facing Atziri as her primary source of damage comes from spell-type abilities. Skill Gems

Couple questions
1. Does not Night Stalker help crit spectral throw since you use daggers? 2. What is cast cost of ST in 6L? 3. Why take Sniper? What does this do for you? Git R Dun! Last edited by Aim_Deep on Mar 8, 2015, 10:04:54 PM

Sniper is taken for projectile speed and damage, obviously. This makes ST travel farther and makes AB and FB do more damage.
But seriously though, how is this different than the other CoC builds out there? It's just a variant using a vagan dagger of an already existing build. I personally come to the class forums to see new ideas and/or update people on my own guides. This is not a new idea :(. Again, it's just a variant of an already existing build with a different weapon. I mean, why would you make a new thread for your build if all you did was swap out the weapon, and probably dropped some accuracy nodes? Theorycrafter/Build Creator for PORTAL guild
