[1.3][BL/HC] Static Strike Block Marauder - Atziri on a budget.

Thinking about running something similar to this in the 1 month league and was wondering is the extra endurance charges really worth it when your missing out on immortal call set up? Also I think I heard they are nerfing immortal call so this might become the go to type of build for melee if so.

Would you ever consider cutting 30-40% max life for a bit more dps? Thinking about removing the scion wheel for dps nodes in my build.

very nice build and good in party. I like everything about it.
Got it to lvl 78 on the 1MHC before insta rip to LMP lighting totem with 5k hp ( had no idea this was possible since I didn't play BL before )

You should mention that it requires at least 1% mana leech from gear.

Kinda newbie here , i was considering to put the inmortal call cwdt 4L setup with a bringer of rain and cast the curses manually , just because i fear so much of getting one shot due to my inexperience, could i be good or it would make the build less efficient?


Also , wich one is more defensive , enfeeble or warlords mark?
