Couple items worth showing. I'm a dual-wield mace Marauder, so this belt is godly. Also note the white gem in the armor. Anyone else find other white gems?

" Nice! That armor looks pretty classy, how does it look on your char? Also, the white gems - can they be placed in any colour socket? It looks like you've got it in a green slot - but I'm assuming they can be placed in any(?). Do you serve a purpose, or purposely serve?

White gems can be placed in any color socket, yes. As for the armor, it looks great. All armor looks great. GGG has really done a fantastic job with this. Props!

Do the gem level requirements effect the armor level requirements?

" Yeah - you can't use an item if a gem you've put in it has requirements too high for your character. Now, gems are easy to take out, remember - just right-click on the gem you want to remove - so really all it means is that you can't use or level gems if you don't meet their requirements. " It appears so by the linked items For instance the weapon in the post above yours has a req level 42(gem) in the description. When you look at the gems he has socketed, one of them has a level 42 requirement. The base stat requirements of gems also apply as seen further in the same line in the description | |
