" No the reduced damage that you're seeing in the gems mean that the damage of the skill is reduced by that %. Currently I don't think there is a % reduced damage done to character mod. | |
" Yea, it feels underwhelming compared to others, but it's like the D2 skills that had +AR on them -- just for that skill, and it worked pretty well. I'm guessing they'll be useful once you run into long support chains on drops. Old Tom Bombadil is a merry fellow,

What are the levels of rarity in this? Is there unique items or are yellow items unique? Plus theres always room to add more.

Has anybody found any unique fist/claw weapons yet? I'm a huge fan of claw users, even though i know the stats are likely to change it would still be interesting to see what kind of ideas they have for the high end hand weapon drops.
