Developer Questions and Answers

Three things I would like to know:

1) Will there ever be a possibility to switch hideouts without losing your layout? Even if you had to buy templates from the shop to do this, I would be willing to do so. I stopped designing hideouts when I made mine because I simply don't want to lose it. I feel it that not having this option limits the amount of things one can do in the game.

2) Puncture was nerfed senselessly for PvE, and it's no longer viable to make a build around even with a GG Harbinger bow. Please tell us Act 4 will come with a buff or rework of some sort for it.

3) Rain. When will we be able to disable it? Sometimes I hit 0 fps when in parties due to it. It just needs to go, especially for those of us with Radeon cards, given the known FPS bug.

1)Will the next full respec also give a free respec for bandit rewards?

2)Have you considered adding an option to see our own health/es as bars hovering over our character? Something similar can already be enabled for mobs in the options menu.

3)"Permanent Allocation" currently allows other players to pick up your drops if you disconnect/leave the area, is this intended or a bug?
If you made Permanent Allocation "permanent", then people who loath ninja looters would be more inclined to play in a group.

4)6 socket drops used to be non-allocated, will you introduce options to select what drops are to be in the allocation pool?
For example: tri-color linked items, items with max implicit (Gold Ring/Amulets), etc.

5)Can you please make it so that Strongboxes will always drop at least one item? Looking at you Gemcutters and Cartographers!
I once alched a Gemcutters, but didn't like the rolls on it so I did a YOLO chaos on it and got the experience mod. Got rid of the mobs and and when it opened nothing came out. I even pressed "Z" a couple of times to make sure!

6)I've read several replies asking for more melee survivability.
How about: a trigger gem that as soon as you are on low life teleports you to the edge of the screen (direction is chosen at random) and leaves in your old location a clone that functions exactly as a decoy totem (the clone will not have any offensive abilities).
The countless times I mistook my MTX pet for prey... huehehehe

we need melee build's buff

is there any plan?
Way back during development I remember reading somewhere about the possibility of a player being able to create and manage their own league. Whether this was a purchase or how this would be charged had not been decided.

This was something I was really excited about, but perhaps I misread that article or this was something that was found to not be feasible.

My question is, can we please get the ability to manage and invite people to a league WE create?

I think this would be extremely fun and would allow the players themselves to set rules that they want to play under.

Yesssss! With Nvidia shadow play not being able to answer chat because of only one monitor is the only reason I don't stream path of exile! I would love to stream it all and keep the ggg flag flying as high as possible!
Can we ever expect to see areas of the game exclusive to some characters, so that having multiple characters with varied builds is more useful? Using map mods for example that exclude some builds, ie "enemies cannot be burned", "players cannot gain charges", "enemies have 90% ___ resistance", "player projectiles do not move", etc.

Maps were originally intended as a temporary endgame, though currently have stayed the only one we have for years. Did the team change their mind and decide that maps are a suitable way of playing for the majority of player hours?

Can we ever expect to see vaal skills revamped and make less cumbersome and mostly ignored?

Are higher level armors going to be introduced into the game? If they are introduced into the game, does that render our current end-game 6-linked valuables less valuable?
