I'd take 20% cast speed over 50% spell damage anytime...
Damn. Didn't notice it was Reduced cast speed :/
If it was inc. cast speed AND inc. spell dmg, then it would be imbalanced I guess ^_^

Edit:

Btw. I saw someone post the unique Regal Boots yesterday.
I didn't take a screen (sadly, they're awesome), but all I remember from the boots was that they add +1 additional Curse :)

I would like to see the unique things on the items still valid for level 60+ chars and lvl 20 skillgems ..
Atm there is no point in a +1 skills to gems in the socket if all skills are capped at 20. Same for the unique staff with +2 .. until you reach lvl 18 all is fine but with lvl 19 or 20 gems the bonus just vanishes. Or am i wrong ? It was like this last time i checked.

no, a skill gem can go beyond 20 if there's a bonus on the item that allow it to. You just can't level past 20.

If i put a lvl 20 zombie gem into the helmet with +1 to minion gems there is no indicator at all that it does work.
The stats of the zombies stay the same.
If i use a lvl 17 zombie gem the values get the additional bonus.
Same for the Staff with +2 .. on a lvl 19 gem there was "+1 extra level" indicator and stats changed and with a lvl 20 gem there is no text any longer.

Unfortunately... not gonna happen. At least not at the moment. The only items we're missing are:

Chain Cap
Regal Greaves
Zealot Boots
