I'm curious if that shield gives spell block against projectile based spells, and if so, whether or not you have to have existing spell block in order for the shield to increase it.

I did NOT design that shield or write that flavour text.
It's just not...swordy enough for me. Account sharing/boosting is a bannable offence. No ifs, ands, or buts. No exceptions. Not even for billionaires.

Can someone who has the Rime Gaze unique mask see if you think the level 15 concentrated effect is bugged with Ice Nova?
When I put in Ice Nova into the mask, the dps is a lot less than when I link ice nova to a level 1 concentrated effect in another piece of gear (with no other gems and no dps boosting attributes in that other piece of gear).
