Updated the build for 2.0, including all equipment and tree.
So many strikes within one breath.
But only one strike needed, for certain death.
I am trying to follow your guide, but with this 2.0 update I have a few questions.
While I understand Blood magic on Ice crash, I wonder how is your survivability without Fortify? Do you have to leap slam+flicker on bosses/strong trash or how does it work? I also find it very unpractical to have 2 "movement" abilities. Maybe leap slam+CoH+ele weakness+flammability+faster attacks would do the job (maybe increased AoE or fortify for 6l)?
I also wonder if, with the awakening changes, it is worth having immortal call+cwdt+inc. duration? I was thinking about just using enduring cry + inc. duration for mitigation, what do you think? Maybe add chaos golem too.
Anyway, I need to level/gear up and see how it goes. I am having fun burning enemies down so far :)

Fortify is tied to Leap Slam, with a 6L you could tie it to Flicker Strike and not worry about it (though OP suggests Endurance Charge on Stun instead).

I wouldn't really call Flicker Strike a "movement" spell and honestly, I'd be inclined to try your idea myself. From my perspective Leap Slam's there because it's easy and I don't think Flicker Strike can teleport up hills, at least not without a target. Flicker Strike can auto-target and is faster, though, so much speedier gameplay.

Note that with Enduring Cry you'll have to manually cast it. It is no longer a spell, it is now a Warcry, so it's not triggered by Cast when Damage Taken.

A burning question I have is if there's any particular reason for Pyre other than perhaps the theme and burning damage?

Pyre, as you've mentioned, can cause trouble with Ele Prolif but other than this it doesn't affect the dps much since the tree doesn't take any Fire nodes (only burning).

The biggest upside I see in Cold consolidation is the ability to use Flammability and gain extra Ignite chance which provides a bigger boost in dps than Freeze would.

The main idea of the build is to convert all cold to fire damage and drop enemy fire resistance.

Crash+hatred+taste all converted to fire damage, plus doomsower+added fire+HoA+WED for more fire damage and hitting mobs with -78% fire resistance (-112% if you use fire pen).

I'll post some numbers and min/max the build after i'm done with other projects

What setup of gems is for 5L? Do you use only Hatred and HoF?

I'd drop conc effect. The dps will certainly be lower but increasing reach would work too.

Thank You! But I've done 6L with 4 fus)) So another question: how to survive? No armour block and another defence. Simple maps with zombies, skeletons and other are not a problem, but mobs from Dominius Tower and act 4 do many damage.

Hey there, I used to use this build waaaaaay back before awakening.. is there going to be an update for ascendancy? Any new tips or preferred asc classes?

I kinda wondered if it might work well adapted to use with sweep
