I have read the entire Thread, ppl seems to be happy with the build,
and I think I will go for it too.

I just want to start by saying thanks for putting up this build. I have been a fan of Ice Nova since I leveled my first char a couple years ago. I have never been a high level player till recently so even tho i have been playing a long time I am still a noob. that being said I will be using this build for my first ever hardcore char. I am trying this in tempest. do you have any tips for a noob leveling this in tempest?

I will give this Build a try ! Sounds great.
