Patch 1.3.1 Update and new Bow Microtransactions!

I would love to see some chaos spells, I understand the mechanics of chaos are much more complicated but It would be nice to get some kind of time frame. Do you guys have any plans to implement such spells into the game? and if so what kind of time frame would we be looking at? As always great job and keep up the good work.

Well they will probably do what they did when act 3 was released which was reshuffling the levels of most areas and dropping a difficulty.




I wonder what monster level would Piety or Dominus have if they'll do that ..They'll maybe nerf the drop rate for Piety/Dominus and pass the currently state of drops of'em to the new and last bosses of Act 4 ..I'm pretty excited to ask myself all of these questions.

Or maybe I should simply get a life.

Why is nobody showing any excitement about this part? The P-Link in particular. Something we've been complaining about everywhere possible. Devourers won't have it anymore - Hello? Where are my Bloodlines brothers when are these glorious changes being announced? They fix one thing and you complain about another. Would you rather have a staff mtx? Really? You QQ about Vengeance as if it was used by entire player base and mandatory for every build. Working on Act4 is only mentioned here, it doesn't mean it will be released in two weeks. I'm even glad about increased damage to Frozen Sky and Pulseblood, it doesn't do anything as it is.

Thank you for these balance changes, and I'm looking forward to upcoming post by our beloved Bex.

With this flask change, that nerfed critical is gonna shine a little bit again! Deleting Surgeon's mod (aka deleting a critical's important advantage) is gonna nerf if it much more, which isn't wise. And about these whiners and moaners, let em play with mid-tier gear critical build and will be matter of time till they return back to RS.. xD

P.S. Finally my CI wont need like 3 "of Heat" flasks or alphas, auxium. **HYPE!!**

Surgeon´s Flask where already extremly strong but now they are just OP BROKEN in PVE content...hate to say it, but its actually the first time i think a PvP balance change affects PVE content ;(

I´d really like to know the reasoning behind this change, a statement by a Dev would be very welcome.


Anyways...hyped for the Hall of Grandmasters Map, got a toon for that in the theorycrafting process myself atm and cant wait to put my hands on it :D


No, actually they are not buffing the crit builds, they are balancing them. Get ur hands on a critical build after the 1.3 and tell me what u think.. Even with capped crit and OP flasks, u still sacrifise much going crit. And for someone who doesn't have high-to-top gear, it's not OP at all.

Hyped for the Hall of Grandmasters map too btw!! :D

Honestly, I like the idea that you can unfreeze, and have some seconds of freeze immunity. If this proves too op with crit builds and charges on crit, then I think you'd consider that specific niche (like putting a max cap on the total number of charge generation allowed per unit of time.)

But try it before you complain. Things will trickle towards wherever they need to be.
