Many people read many of the threads on the forums and don't log in or post. So inactivity doesn't always show the whole story.

Mordliss chill, bro. Who knows if they'll be inactive and not use their keys? Exile doesn't have a huge hype train so it isn't as if casual players are going to keep track of current events every so often.

Once said persons have checked their email it will be apparent they are invited to the beta.

If it makes you guys feel better, I signed up at like 10pm yesterday and didn't get an invite. I hoped for one but agree long term followers of the game with forum activity should be first picks.
