Not sure on my best links atm though. I've stopped at BBGGGR as getting low on chromes, so have to have WED in there. Basically not sure whether to put in pierce, and spec out of the pierce nodes or put faster attacks back in. I've had to take out crit damage because of the colours.

WED can be an issue, both mana and reflect wise (Though only a huge issue in ele weakness or -max maps). I'm thinking I might try dropping it and using pierce - dps drop but can make up with the saved points.
One thing that is a real killer on this build is any enfeeble maps - double whammy of reduced accuracy and damage makes it really painful and on top of that, you end up going OOM all the time.

I'm currently running hatred, HOI and HoA and manually cursing with poachers/assasins mark.
Considering dropping hatred though and putting HoT back in, less damage but more unreserved mana, plus the utility of the lightning bolts.

I've re-jigged my gear a little and my skills - finally managed to balance my resistances to be able to equip atziris step. No life on my rings now though. Could replace vortex finger - but I like the IIR, and a straight upgrade will cost a fortune.

Slightly messed up with the shield, thought I could craft %eva on it, so would like to upgrade that.
Main thing to upgrade next would obviously be the wand, but any upgrade is looking insanely expensive - everything seems to either be not much better than mine, or GG and > 30ex.

And before anyone mentions it - yes I still need to sort out the WED roll on my belt!

My question is this; Given that I'm on Standard while waiting for act 4 (GGG PLZ!), do you reckon a Voll's Protector would work, or is that a bit too yolo even for softcore? It would give me an effective 7link for this build.

I've got one of those laying around from one of my Cast on Crit builds, and the colours aren't too bad for KB. I'd guess use KB- WED - GMP- Crit Multi - PPAD - 6th. I could also potentially drop crit multi for phys to lightning for phys reflect, and WED for lifeleech on ele reflect.

The other question would be, if I was to use that Voll's, do you think FA or Pierce is the better option for clearing maps? Obviously FA wins on a single target.
