Hi, just one curious player who started reading this thread and there's something that's been bothering me. What are you empowering exactly? blood rage or your assasin's mark?

I think its just for leveling, because Empower does nothing to Blood Rage and only gives 1% Crit and Damage to Assassin's Mark.
Enhance would be way better: 4% additional Lifeleech with 20% Quality for Blood Rage

There's a 3rd solution (and hands-down the best for CI phys wander):
Got this for 2 ex, so very accessible in temp leagues. Might be overpriced in standard tho, just like everything else.
Anyway, it's the perfect item really. Gives ES, damage, takes care of freeze & chill issues (which Dream Frags/Alpha's does NOT! chill is so annoying with it) and it also gives us tons of mana leech.
I'm playing in Bloodlines, atm lvl87. My tree is similar to OP but a bit different I guess:
It's a bit more defensive, in Scrubcore you can swap essence surge for Throat Seeker and some other stuff that I wouldn't do.
Current gear (wanted to use WED but can't get the colors right so far :S)

My leech with Blood Rage and the amulet is high enough so that Vaal Pact lets me do reflect maps easily (tested up to 77). Even with aurabot boosting my DPS to almost 3x as much I can't selfkill to reflect, which is nice :P

1)your tree is totally different from mine since u are Vaal Pact user and
2)your gameplay is kinetic blast based. Nothing to share with mine
Auxium is not suggested since better belt for my wand build is a perfect es/res rare or a unique physical doryani.
