" Chris I obviously haven't seen Alpha yet, but just want to throw one concern out there. If melee characters are really strong and you want to ramp up difficulty will this make a situation where players are conditioned to be overconfident in a boss and find themselves dead in a couple hits? Especially if these encounters are meant to be difficult and melee need a scale back because they are so strong how will it affect them in the end. Just a couple concerns for the back of your brain. Thanks for all the hard work and most importantly the food feedback with your testing community. |

"Converted" monsters are working like minions? They will have any bonus from "minion" passive skills / support gems?

There Symbols are too small than others. Although we usually use them :( Arrow path? Fire? Nice :) and now, you can know where is that damn archer :D ...Hope it's not some Necromancer's skeleton mage =)) Hate this health bar, it ugly and somehow like Diablo3 :|. Let's change to old one. There symbols are not needed. There button are too easy to remember. So, better use for guide for first gameplay :) LOL, just my opinion :D Hope to join, soon I'm waiting for a beta key. If you dont have anyone to invite, please just invite me.

" The damage reflected is currently at 20%. Due to the ratios of player damage dealt vs player life, it's not instantly deadly to fight monsters that have this aura. Yes, you will probably die if you don't heal quickly (or notice the aura), but it's entirely possible to fight your way through a pack of them even if you're doing a lot of damage. Alpha testers like this so much that when I reduced it to 15% damage reflected, they asked me to put it back to 20%. | |
It should be noted that every aura type has a different visual effect so over time you'll learn to recognize them instantly. The thorns aura is definitely one of the first you learn to watch out for and as long as you take proper precautions you'll be fine. The rare monsters are intended to be powerful and threatening to force the player to change their tactics and skill usage.

Will there be any way for players to get a similar effect as the thorns aura, ala D2 pally? Or is it entirely reserved for mobs only? If it's the former, I could see some awesome damage reflection builds being made.

" How about thorns/dmg reflection with absolut values as a mod for shields? Maybe with different dmg types. For example: -attackers receive 1-10 lightning dmg -attackers receive 3-5 physical dmg |
