Have you seen my crafting guide on the first post? I don't think you have to save up for a physical damage wand, unless you can get one for less than 10c with 120+ pDPS and 10% crit, because that's as much as it cost me to craft similar wands to these (not all of them turned out great, but most were easily usable):


Also as I said above Acrobatics comes with 50% less Energy Shield, and I think that actually drops your mana? I haven't tested it, but Ondar's is good if you plan to not use Vaal Pact, which I am having second thoughts about, will have to test. Am taking it easy at them moment cause I'm a bit stressed out.

EE would reduce all damage by 25% because you hit with all three elements with each attack, you use EE in builds that only have one element, normally burn prolif.

Take the life evasion nodes around Ranger maybe, pick up Ondar's, go elemental for cheap early start, the mana regen in the beginning is plenty to support the skill without mana leech (I still don't have the 2% mana leech node).

Heart of the Oak for stun avoidance, maybe drop Vaal Pact if Ondar's is good enough - I'm having trouble building a tree for it though. I feel rather tanky at the moment on this build - just having issues with no chaos resistance and testing blood rage with Vaal Pact, I think if you have Ondar's you won't need VP.

Edit: Actually heavy hitters such as lvl 71 Map Brutus hurt took 3.7k life, need to have granite up - which means I need to craft a charge on crit granite now.

The CwDT setup + Arctic Armour makes physical damage fairly safe, elemental damage other than fire isn't terrible, but I still keep a Freeze / Shock removal flask. I still haven't tested hard bosses such as Torture Chamber, Residence and Crematorium.

Time to level and test some more.

Hey, is this wand usable or do I need to use an imbued wand?

What? You can't go EB + Acro. It's one or the other. You either go EB/Cod/AA or Acro/Phase Acro.

120 pDPS is not a good physical wand. If it is 1.5 APS and has good crit it can be a good elemental wand, that just happens to have some physical to help with leech. I would never switch to Hatred/Ash and out of the elemental nodes with a wand less than 180+ pDPS.

Correct it will lower you mana by a ton. I would take Ondar's until your DPS is so high you MUST have Vaal Pact. Eventually with good enough gear you have to take Vaal Pact but that can take a long time.

Not really, you would still get a decent amount of mana for if you wanted to run a higher AA, while getting the dodge chance as well. Don't restrict builds like that man, makes it boring.

Thanks for the build! Just an idea (probably not optimal at all) but I've been using a Q additional accuracy gem in place of increased crit damage, I think you can save some space by not having to get accuracy on your equipment on this road. I have no idea, have not theory crafted. Just a suggestion. Also LOVING cloak of defiance, I'm only using a 4 link and not leveled gems and having 0 trouble in level 70 + maps.

I've been following this build for a while and bought myself the cloak too. It's pretty nice.
I also like the accuracy gem you suggested. The only problem I have right now are some of the fast hard hitting bosses.
