No nerf for tornado shot or arc?

The elemental penetration on Heart of Flame, Heart of Thunder and Heart of Ice has been reduced.

Wait, I thought the penetration was increased?
It was 2% before and on the new trees showed 3%.
Kinda feel a bit sad for PvE Acrobatics, though maybe it's a decent choice with 2h weapons or 2w w/out blocknodes.
And definitely hyped for the new wand skill.

As for the armour changes.... uhm, nice, I guess?
Armour wasn't underpowered before, it's just grave boring to play.
I tried once, putting all points into armour, sure defensive, but I gave up in early cruel because it was obnoxious even then. Being immortal is only funny for so long.
And I still don't think anyone will use that belt.

nice to see so many users go, maybe there will be less lag finally.
also all those melees were annoying, weren't they? stupid people picking melee weapons over the newly buffed bows.

So we still have to swap masters to do all the level 8 daily missions? Disappointing.

Also, you nerfed the tank of (cloak of defiance, block), but how to get a good defense on high levels now without goodlike items?
