Here is my current scrubbo gear:

i find lightning coil to be pretty mandatory. That, or cloak of defiance. if you use cloak, then you will need mana/ES and mana regen ring/amulet for the buffering. you can pick up a coil for pretty cheap. 4l it, and fix all ur other gear first to compliment it. then when you hav the currency, prob buy another 5l coil at 1.5ex rather than try fusing so that you still hav ur 4l coil to use.

at maps, using the chaos/regal receipe you should have enough currency to do that. this char was my first in for torment and it made enough currency to complete it (i didnt find any great uniques) plus enough to start my 2nd char also. [ps i also had a hard time in getting the off colours on the 5l, so start saving ur chromes also]

3.5k hp will reach 5k+ with levels
lvl 16 gems with 6k nova dps

really cannot comment on rf as i didnt want to spend 30+ regrets to break a working char. if you get it working please do tell us!

How are u running lvl 19 arctic armor with no mana regen on your gear?
