[1.2.4] Jddogg's Sith Lord (Lightning Tendril noncrit, max spellblock)

I am really enjoying this build so far - currently at a mere lvl 37!

A friend lent me a Tabula Rasa to wear whilst I level, and I don't know if this is normal but I am experiencing some mana issues and having to use flasks a lot. Is this normal and will it improve as I gain in levels? I'm running Clarity and Herald of Thunder.

Also, would you consider the build to be end-game viable, as in taking down the toughest content?

Thanks again!
You say "Block/Spellblock: 62/74".
With 30% shield + 28% tree + 4% TS = 62%, but I don't see how you get 74% for spells!
You only have 55% Shield + 50% Amulet + 10% tree = 115%, so 62% * 1.15 = 71.3% rounded to 71% instead of your 74%.
Did I miss anything or you messed up your math?
I'd really like to make this build work as a Scion instead of witch. Trying to figure out how to keep the same deeps and all using scion instead. Anyone have a tree that would essintially be the same as a Scion?

Thanks for any help.

Definately endgame viable as you can see by the level 78 map clear video.
Atziri also extremely easy to kill.

Im at work right now so can't log in to check, but i may have missed a block node on the tree i'd assume. It's 74% forsure though, i know that.

But why scion? What benefits does scion offer in the starting area that witch or shadow wouldn't do better? You would have to completely change the passive tree if that's what you want.

Mind Barrier is additional spell block, not % applied.
mhh sounds promising, I was looking for something similar for the new league start :)

Just wanted to go scion for the sake of going scion really, nothing more than that. I haven't played one yet and was wanting to is all. Probably going to stick to witch because I think I would waste around 8-12 pts to make it as viable when i look at it. thanks
Just added an atziri run to give people a basic idea of how it looks. Don't mind the noob ending haha :P

So the build is going to have to change some it sounds like with the new trees and the Maurd area being changed. Hoping block nodes are still attainable with the changes and hoping they don't nerf it lol
Yes i will be updating it post 1.3 since templar area will change. I'm not too worried about the changes though, luckily this build uses multiple forms of defense so it doesn't rely on block alone.
