Staff Knockbacker: Maximum knockback with hegemony's era (GS / SS)

I was surprised to realize that the added lightning damage of Herald of Thunder is perfectly enough to trigger Herald of Thunder effects on Groundslam, even with HoT gem on level 14 (7-98 added lighting) + lightning penetration (lvl 16).
