Herald's quality applies to all sources of damage of the given element. I could verify it with q20 HoA which increases Incinerate damage.
Ranger builds list: /917964 When two witches watch two watches, which witch watches which watch? If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch. 90% of the playerbase couldn't do this build even buying tons of exalts from rmt sites as they don't have the real life funds to buy them.. mute post.. there are other attainable builds to look at, stop dreaming on this one.. | |
