" PTL makes less phy damage and less life leech amount (almost 50%). PHy ref is fine but might get probs in Ele ref. Cuz life leech is based on Phy damage. Probably the most fun I've had with a build in a long time.
Blasting through reflect maps with high dps like its nothing is awesome. My gear is far from perfect (only endgame item I have is the Glyph Mark) and survivability is still amazing. Thanks for sharing your build :) |

Herald's quality applies to all sources of damage of the given element. I could verify it with q20 HoA which increases Incinerate damage.
Ranger builds list: /917964 When two witches watch two watches, which witch watches which watch? If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch.
