Just found out that SRS playstyle isn't for me (too much buttons to press, otherwise I'll rip easy). So I decided to re-roll a toon. And since that it seems that Melee + AA is somewhat exotic. I'll go for this build instead. I hope to finally reach 80+ maps and finally see Atziri XD - playing Beyond.

I'm thinking of running a similar build when the next league starts.

Has anyone tried swapping the main Skill to Glacial Hammer with Elemental Proliferation? I think you should be able to freeze the whole screen.

Herald of Ash with Elemental Proliferation (why hello there, Mr. Catalyst) should be fun with Glacial Hammer's shattering effect, which I'd expect to make all damage overkill damage.

Used molten strike at first few levels. Then I'm now running cleave which is really great. Also flicker strike for fast clear.

I never thought double Aurumvorax is really great for leveling. I think its even a lot better than facebreaker (at least it's a lot cheaper).
So far so good, i'm now at a3n.

If you're striving for atziri on hardcore, ignore the flat physical nodes right of RT and go straight for block and life. While you need the spell block from lahzwar and rainbowstrides, it will also need some practice to avoid death, especially trio.

Someone already did a prolif glacial hammer. It clears far too slow, and note that elemental prolif on catalyst WILL add a 140% mana multiplier. While feasible, i think a simple prolif burn build is just better.

Loving this build. Got from lvl 1 to 80 in 3 days :)
I made some changes, the biggest one beeing that I use rumi's concoction. You can get rid of all extra block nodes, and still have max block that way. It is very good, everyone who can afford it should run it, imho. Since I have a lot of free passive skills, I changed the tree a bit.



Imho Galvanic Hammer is way to good to pass up. The 20% crit/15% crit multi nodes are huge for dps. Also you get 12% chaos res free, with the option to get another 2 6% hp nodes if you want more hp. I need the all res from weathered Hunter, if you don't, obv go for the crit/accuracy nodes instead, or skip them all together.

Have none of you had troubles with getting ur lightning coil in the 5 correct colors? 2 blue 3 red seems pretty hard.
