1.3 Life Based "Shatter Chuck Lite" Barrage - CoC build (updated the tree)

you didn't get my point dude. I'm not saying 5l voll is bad or you can't do this. I'm just saying don't. Because 5l voll build and 6l voll build clear speed is amazingly different. If you are doing this build with 5l void, this build becomes a regular dps build
Looking for some CoC Gear to buy.

Whisper online IGN : Jizzzzz
Do you guys use vendor to get the colors "GGGRBB" or just rely on RNG? And if you use vendor do you spam 2 green, 3 green, 1 green or what?! I just got my Voll's socketed, working on linking now, then color's...figured id ask before I get to the final step!

for colors i used 8 chromatics..first 2 were GGGRRB and then randoms and the last was GGGBBR...guess i was lucky..but i think it shouldnt be so hard to get off colors since its low req item.

for me it was around 150-200chroms with 2 green recipe
I have two maybe answered, maybe silly questions.

What are the pros/cons of using fireball/arctic breath with ice spear? For what is fireball better than arctic breath?

Would a void battery be a better wand than a rare or a decent (by decent i mean not amazing, like 3 of 6 mods are great) rare is still better?

Void battery is used in the original Shatter Chuck build, this is the light version for people on a budget...but yes, of course void battery wins...especially when dual wielding, you get 2 more power charges which is 100% crit, and then you get the 25% increased spell power per power charge from the void batteries, plus everything else it offers...only thing that would make it even better would be a faster attack speed! They are hella expensive however, so if you can afford them go for it!

Arctic breath is used because it lays down a massive floor of ice when used with GMP, also because it's cold spell...more chilling, freezing, shattering! On the down side its crit chance is lower than fireball, and is more laggy due to the extra effects of the ice "mostly only bothersome in grps". I prefer the arctic breath cause nothing ever gets close to me while using it, well unless they are immune to chilling and freezing!

Oh, right, forgot this is the budget version :D

And cheers for clearing up the other thing, basically fireball = dps for faceroll maps, arctic = more safety. Nice, i think im gonna go with this instead of a cyclone coc discharger, seems safer and easier to build + with enough cash, easy switch to a much stronger version. Cool stuff!

Don't forget about arc! It may not be a projectile but since your crit is high you will shock ALOT, thats 50% more dmg monsters take from all sources...I believe his guide mentions it's the best for map clearing, just use what you like the best...a lot of things are interchangeable!

I am currently crit capped on barrage with 6 charges, well until the patch...they nerfed some of our crit nodes just a tad. And I picked up more crit than his tree has by going over in between UG and Dodge area and getting the Heartseeker wheel.

hi guys! :).. I really love this build so much.. Have checked in the new tree that will come in 1.3.. I dunno why... But I feel that getting another powercharge is important.. I got 91% crit at the moment.. they will nerf it by 10% crit chance.. so I will probly have around 90.5% or something.. So I did everything to simply get another powercharge for cost of life a bit cause I didnt take depths perception (losed 40crit chance)..

The character I got in game now got 4041 HP at lvl 87 with 130% HP from the tree.. So this tree I theorycrafted got 141% HP.. I will probly get around 4500HP with that change and getting lvl 91/92 of course..

This is the offline tree cause they realised some changes to the 1.3tree.. Please have a look and tell me if it looks good :).. (I also got arcane potency, which is quite hard to get if you follow the orginal tree)

Yes.. this is a templar tree.
