GMP is still amazing on flame banners, though - it really helps clear the room. In fact, I'll go so far as to say that there is exactly one mob worth having that doesn't get a gigantic boost from GMP, and that's Burning Miscreation.

I feel chain works better on flame sentinels and GMP is really sexy on tentacle miscreations: P
I link like this: raise spe-minion dmg-chain-iir-iiq and they are capable of clearing large pack of mobs in a few seconds(except ele reflectors..) in up to lvl68 maps (havent got a chance to run a higher lvl map...).
I also used GMP for sometime somehow I feel it was not as good as chain on flame sentinels. Just a feeling, no evidence here: )

I think its more like

Chain is better for indoor maps when shooting through the door

While

GMP is better outdoors when all the projectiles can land on something

Makes more sense when you put it like that. I'm sorry if I'm asking 'Obvious' questions. So here's another; I play mostly with a friend he's running a FP Shadow. Should i run Conductivity and Frostbite (for him) Or use Elemental Weakness + Enfeeable/Temp chains. I don't currently have Temp chains, So any other suggestion would be great.


Personally I use Conductivity and Elemental Weakness in that order.
If you're using +IIR+IIQ you should also use culling strike so your spectres get the kill shot.

which leaves you with 3 sockets for Spectre, Chain/GMP, Minion Damage/Faster cast

If you;re going to use IIR and IIQ it's probably better to have a whole separate 6-link for it in my opinion. one for MFing lower maps and a chest with the right damage sockets for serious maps

or, you could raise one minion with +IIR +IIQ+Culling strike +Faster attacks/cast etc and just keep it alive while the other ones do more damage.

check the spectre skillfeedback someone explains why gmp on flame sentinels is a bad choice

@ matt i dont like your videos i checked out your showcases but seeing a night adder testing with spectre-gmp and (default item rarity shit) 3l ??? really,,,, isnt really testing same goes for the other showcases idea is good but execution of it is bad redo them when you have a 6l

was searching for a burned miscreation link setup and again video wasnt informative at all think you had culling aoe and spectre

on the positive side i like the multistrike idea on the cinder elemental think i read it here first

Heya,

Just want to say this build is wicked, my father and i are both playing it. I'm trying to catch up to him right now so we can start running maps with 2x the zombies!

I just got my first five link item and it had 3 blue and 2 green. so rather than break what isn't really broken, I've just left it. Now i have GMP and chain going at the same time. And as far as i can tell its pretty awesome. Any thoughts on why this is not a good idea or is, would be welcome.

Also i was wondering about Elemental Equilibrium. If I'm pegging thing with arc, would that not help my flame sentinels and fire zombies? Then i could swap out either elemental weakness or flammability. And maybe use...Projectile weakness? at level 1 its +25% projectile damage (+ knock back and penetration i think) I don't know any of the math that would go with this, but would that be good?
-50% fire from Elemental Equilibrium, then for my gems, -44% fire +12% chance to ignite with flammability. Or -46% to everything with elemental weakness. And then if you were to use Projectile weakness +25% damage on top of that. So they get +25% lightning resistance? Most of my damage if fire and they still will get shock and spread it right?

If this is just wrong sorry hah. but please let me know, I have not tested this yet so if anyone knows or has, it would be great to know. Seems like it would work well. Thanks.
Elemental Equilibrium is a viable/great option.

I don't pick it up because my friends I run with are mostly lightning based attack types. I would nerf them.

but yeah the mob touched by arc(shock nova works too better aoe) will receive -50% to fire and cold

combined with flammability (-49) + EE(-50) + Ele Weak[20%](-59) = -158 resist

Heres another zombie configuration for single target damage, doesn't take advantage of MI but it will shred any boss for you.

Added Fire - Remote mine - MultiStrike/Minion Damage

[Role: Single Target Dps, tank]
