If you mean using The Harvest for this build, I didn't really test it out a whole lot, since I ended up trying a new build using it. But from what I tried, it's pretty nice to not die to reflect due to being able to replace the surgeon's flask with a topaz flask, and you can replace the Life Leech supports with something else, which evens out the loss of damage from the lack of spell damage/crit multi. It's not overwhelmingly better though.

On another note, something I haven't tried with this build with The Harvest is linking Righteous Fire to CwDT for the damage multiplier - if you run two or three dousing flasks, you might be able to have enough flask charges to consistently extinguish yourself.
