a) If you have currency/tradeable items
b) First char, but in a party thats willing to give you the needed items
c) Have a leprechaun in your house, cuz you're gonna need that item luck

Well the reduced mana is a valid point, but the streg heavy start shouldn't be an issue you should be wearing an onyx neck and that will tide you over until you can pick up more int/dex through nodes.



Btw, this build looks really good and in the super long term. Such as when L100 becomes more available. This will allow you to pick up all the endurance charges as well as conduit at lvl 99-100 depending if you kill oak in normal.

This build give me hope, I have a level 50 Marauder with a very close build. Tis my first time here on the forums And I made a post to ask if I could save my toon, With little reply. So I happen to see this and well, with a few regrets (Like 9) I could possibly fix my Marauder.

Could someone offer a beginner's explanation for this comment that made me curious? I don't have any characters high enough to obtain maps yet, but I'm trying to understand all that I can about the mechanics of the game. I know that a map, like other items, can be changed, but how do alts factor into this? As an alt-aholic, it's a comfort to think alts might have more significance than just me being unable to stop myself from embracing many builds, names, and classes. :)

edit: *smacks self in forehead* Orb of alteration = alts of another kind. I read another thread that mentioned "spending alts" and it became clear to me. I'll leave my silly question here in case someone else might happen to wonder as well. ^.^

Is this build still workingout well ?
Just died at lvl 48 Cruel Vaal. I had full life (1700+) and pretty much all defensive nodes, and something killed me in one shot. I didn't really see what happened. I was very happy and confident with the build up until then, and I'll probably try it again.

You can't get hit from his melee attack. Keep your distance. Cruel with 1700 probably will one shot you with his hammer down melee. Reroll and just learn from the past one. GL
