Machoke's 1H groundslam (Currently lvl 86 Hc)

3.5k ground slam is more than enough to kill mobs, especially when playing in a group. pretty incredible 1h build, imo.
Why do i get 3 skill points?

Simple, get insane base hp from items and % nodes give u more than oaks reward of 40 hp, once u reach a certain base hp the % become better(Im talking endgame lvl 75+ with 70+ Base hp on every item including shield as this is a 1h build) so u dont even need oaks reward, lategame they are better also i plan on using a koams heart, and with another 1000 base hp the skill points are HUGELY better.

Yes my damage is perfectly fine 3.6k groundslam and 6.5k heavy strike for single (I have no damage on rings or gloves yet even)

Thank you for posting your gear.

Appreciate it.

edit: as a marauder, what sort of situations are you using bear trap in....and.....do you not like leap slam? I dont see it anywhere (or enduring cry, unless im blind and cant see it)

Hate casting enduring cry, never use it myself, bear trap very good for killing rare mobs super fast, has high dps
If you have 1500 base health and ~+250% in health nodes, the extra 40 base hp will add more total hp than another 8% health node, but only ~20 more or so. At 2000 base health that switches around, but again only ~20hp.

Also if you picked up the 12% damage from oak you would be able to drop the 12% node at the Marauder start, so again doesn't really change much. Good build either way.

Still better to have the point no? for future changes to respec it, but yes i agree on oak hp/skill point its too close to call, both are good choices

True, but getting the Oak bonus gives you the option of having both. Getting 24% melee damage for two points is very good, but also limits your options if you do want to respec. It really depends on the build.

On a side note are you planning on picking up the 8% chaos resist eventually? I'm on the fence.
