For incinerate i am currently using support gems echo, faster casting, LMP, added chaos and added lightning (with quality for chance of shock) I am considering getting the shock chance nodes, do you think that is worth it over than saving 3-4 nodes and stick with faster projectiles? added lightning seems to add a whole lot of dps for me atm than faster projectiles and rising shock chance to 30% sounds good to me on paper but not sure if its that beneficial during gameplay.

if you can spare the points, then extra shock chance doe have the potential to add some dps, and added lightning is already a very good support gem for this build. however, due to the way shocking works, the bigger the hit, the longer the shock. if the hit is too small (compared to the target health pool), the shock effect will not trigger at all. unfortunately, this pretty much makes bosses and rares unshockable from added lightning alone. you need a larger lightning hit to be able to shock those mobs. white/blue mobs however, should have the health pool to be able to be shocked, and since incinerate hit so many times each second, a 30% shock chance should pretty much grant parmashock to those enemies, atleast for maps before lvl 75ish, and will increase your clear speed by a bit.
The reason i use added cold instead of added lightning is that i feel i already have a good enough dps, and id rather have my targets permaslowed for defencive purposes. i find that the white/blue mob packs die in a couple of seconds anyway, so shaving of a few tenths of a second wont make that much of a difference anyway. but its all down to personal preference =) |

Im currently level 50 but it seems like I'm just not doing a lot of damage. I'm going to buy a 6 link when I level up a bit but for now im stuck with rasa. I know theres a few pieces of gear that need to be upgraded but what would you suggest I use: LMP or GMP for leveling. Heres my current gear

Yes please...wonderful guide..so good but now i have more problems...no max block and i have a gear with cybil's (i don't know if cybil's can good on 1.3) so wait for you man <3
