Concentrated Effect Usually around lvl 10 for immortal call. Level CwDT appropriately. @Sh1ft0r: yes, it seems good. A decent alternative to Coil with less gear requirement. Ranger builds list: /917964 When two witches watch two watches, which witch watches which watch? If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch. Watching witches watch watches is not for the faint of heart... That would be concentrated effect if im not wrong! CWDT lvl9 (support lvl 51-52 gems) IM lvl 11 (should then be lvl 51-52 or so... Just died at position 217 in the ladder with this build. It's amazing Neversink, especially with windripper and drillneck being so cheap this league.
