I would probably go for Heart of Oak first.

Sounds like a good order for quality. Concentrated Effect doesn't matter that much. It just gives reduced mana cost.

Warlord's Mark is probably fine. I don't really get hit enough to notice a difference on Enfeeble.

Your boots are probably better. I just went with Atziri's Step for the extra spell block.

I don't see why it wouldn't be. It adds to your crit chance and crit damage. I like Warlord's Mark for the leech. Curses are up to you. Experiment with what you want and go with what works best for you.

Fantastic build. Using it now with Bino and it's wrecking.

The only thing that threatens me is a couple of bit bursts of damage that get through evasion. Since I don't have atziri acuity yet, the leech can be a little slow.

Would you suggest using Vaal pact until I get Acuity?

In my past experiences, Vaal Pact after nerf is quite useless unless your damage is insane. It's also 10 points to travel there. I wouldn't suggest it unless you absolutely have to. What's your current physical life leech?

Could this be done with some other class like Scion or Witch? Also, could this be able to run on ES?
