can anyone build a low budget version or at least a version tht will run 15-30 30-55?

dont know what to get till i can afford all the uniques :x

Most of this setup doesn't not cost a whole lot of money. Yes it's not a "cheap" build it you run it fully optimized with 6L's but even if you do it's still not what I would consider to be expensive. Even buying a 6L Chin Sol & 6L Belly of the Beast is still less than what you would pay for a good 6L HP or ES + Resists chest. I am actually using a 6L EV HP & resist chest instead of Belly. If you are on a budget I would say buy a Chin Sol, 6 socket it and hit it with fusings until you hit a 5 or 6 link. you never know, you may get lucky and hit the 6L first. This setup is perfectly capable of Atziri runs on 5L's. After that get your 3 dragons helm. That is pretty inexpensive. As far as all of the other uniques go. They are nice, it is flashy to show them all off, but they are not needed. A case could be made to use Crit Chance/Crit Multi jewelry & quiver over DrillNeck, Volls, Romira's & Le Heup (I use The Taming instead of Le Heup) the Belt is nice but if you already have a rustic belt with some hp's & resists use that. Build may even like a rustic sash with WED% on it over the unique although I have not tried that myself yet. Maligaro's are really good, but keeping a budget in mind, go with new Maligaro's over the Legcay ones. Boots are nice as well, but can be replaced with any boots with run speeds, HP & resist.

Just to do a Price Breakdown..Standard Pricing
Chin Sol - Unlinked few Chaos // 5L 8-10EX // 6L 40EX
Belly of the Beast unlinked - 15 Chaos // 5L 4-6EX // 6L 40EX
Maligaro - 1Ex // Legacy 10-15EX
Doryani's Invitation 1-3EX
Atziri's Step 10 Chaos
Three Dragons - 10-15 Chaos
Drillneck 15-20EX
Romira's Banquet 3-4EX
Voll's Devotion 15-20EX
Le Heup - 1-2Ex

So If you go with a budget version (5L's and using your own Crit rings/ammy/quiver & new Maligaro's) You can get a very strong working version of this that is still capable of Atziri runs for about 18-20ex. Completely tricked out with 6L's, Drillneck and Legacies just like OP's Post - 140EX..still less than the price of 1 mirrored item needed in most top end builds.
I'm basing on rampage prices, but to get this build to start you only really need chin sol and 3 dragons.

Chin sol, about 5c
Belly, can get an average HP/res one for <10c
3Dragons will cost <10c
Atziris step is about 5-10c
Maligaro's will cost 20c to 1ex

Drillneck will make your damage obscene, it really has the perfect allotment of stats, but you are looking at 6+ exalts.

My advice? Get a well rolled chin sol (170%+ phys damage) and 3D, then 6s and try to link the chin sol. You can do the job with a 4L, but 5 is so much better. The rest of the gear can be rares, and you should be fine to later maps and Atziri with that.
I love how the Character status screen has so much information, it even has an entry for Knockback on Crit:

"Knockback on Critical Strike with a bow-------------------------------------Yes"

It's just funny, you don't expect a word where there are a bunch of numbers. It made me chuckle.

Firstly, I'd like to thank you for making this build, I was lvl 67 and not really knowing what to do next. This build made me melt stuff like there's no tomorrow.

I wanted to point out one thing that hit me when looking at different tree variations:

none of our attacks is a projectile from what it seems (gem description), shouldn't we avoid projectile damage nodes? On the other hand, PPD does increase the damage of Iceshot and Puncture from what I've noticed.

From wiki:
Other Passives affecting Bows
Other Passives affecting Bows include Accuracy Passives, Attack Speed Passives, Critical Strikes Passives and Projectile Passives.
http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Bow#Miscellany

Projectile passives increase all damage dealt with a bow or a wand, including elemental damage. They also boost damage done with projectile spells, like Fireball or Spark.
http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Projectile_damage

Basically, all bow and wand attacks are projectiles, tagging it as projectile as well as bow would be redundant. Spells and melee skills that have a projectile effect are tagged as such, because not all of those skills are projectile.

Why would you? It's lower damage than Chin Sol, and also costs about the same, if not more.

2. can leech
3. faster

Thank you for this detailed explanation, now I feel awkward I did not search for myself.
I'm currently at work, so let's consider this my excuse for today.

I was under the impression that the skill descriptions are to be taken word for word, so to speak, hence my question.

Thanks again.

Infractem isn't a bad choice. Its damage was buffed in 1.2 just like Chin Sol, it has better crit chance and frees up one gem slot. I found one myself, I don't know if I would otherwise be using it, but so far it works nice (just started mapping).

Great build btw!
Been using a lot of this build with my ranger! Love it so far. level 89 clearing 78 maps no problem.

I use a little bit of a different gem set up, instead of proliferate on ice shot, I'm using proliferate on herald of ash (along with increased area of effect and increased burning damage). Downside to using a HoA all linked up is a lot of mana reserve...aka no hatred. Might try playing around with the gems and see whats better.

Why do you have proliferate on both ice shot and herald of ash? Am I missing something here?

My gear! I was super lucky to 5L6S both my chinsol/belly barely spending any fusings/jewellers on them (both self found! And I got super lucky and found TWO damn drillnecks yesterday!!!). My rings/belt/amulet kind of suck haha. Need to buy another chinsol/belly and try to 6L them now.

Spoiler

Skill tree

Wondering if I should switch up the starting area. Go for the attack speed path and free up 4 points for sacrificing life, then use those 4 points for the physical damage in the other starting area. Really don't want to become too much of a glass cannon though, 4k life is sketchy sometimes.
