1.3 LL BM Summoner - Atziri viable on a budget (142k - 282k Single dps - 4link only - MF viable)

I have a newb question. Why do you link "Spell Echo" and "Increased Duration" to your spectres?

( duration makes the uptime longer on it)

Ah, that makes sense. So should I remove spell echo until I have all my spectres? Because right now it casts it twice and I end up with some random spectre. LOL!

for summoning your spectres you have to take off the spell echo from the links, or else you're really going to cast it twice and raise the wrong monsters :P

ive actually never played a summoner BUT , im fairly certain that is not how you do it. if you raise them without the echo gem in they wont benefit from it ... ever . snapshotting got fixed remember?
use detonate dead to destroy nearby corpses and then try.

feel free to correct me if im wrong

they do benefit, actually BECAUSE snapshotting was fixed. Now the spectres update every single time you change your links, which they didnt before. Because they update they will not be able to be snapshotted but they will benefit from echo

Is there specific instances when I should use bone offering instead of flesh ? Im having a huge trouble against the 3 big map bosses atm (academy/crema/palace). Admittedly I haven't taken Necro Aegis yet, as I'm still only @4.5k ES at lvl 86.

Acedemy is impossible without rathpit I think, the tornados are CwdT tornados, and since your single target is nuts, you just get swarmed, the spectres have to do most of the work in that fight, and I dont think the fight is worth the time

Crema is a matter of using saffells on NA and PoF, without dont try

Palace is easier than both of these, but i'd still recommend NA there with saffells, for the lightning res, combined with PoL.

Bone offering is used in the Crema fight, and depending on your dps in the palace fight but for the acedemy fight it doesnt matter, youll be without minions regardless of anything. In other instances I'd say atziri, but thats all. Its mostly used during leveling in my experience

Just one major change about the skill tree: I managed my points to a way that i could get Avatar of Fire and Elemental Equilibrium. Now its easy to single target bosses, and they get vulnerable to cold and lightning, saving one socket to anything that you wish to use.
