You just have enough regen without vitality and thats all there is to it, If you stand there and spam LS for like 20-30 seconds you will eventually run out of hp. You have enough regen to sustain MS for a infinite amount of time. I have never ran out of hp in any fight / map , Including atziri.

I also rarely run out of hp even in 50% regen maps. If you feel like your regen is too low then you can pick up "shaper" node right below inner force for just one skill point (I don't have it).

You can say that about nearly any build.. You stand still and kill stuff.. Such as Spectral throw. FYI Mjolner builds are known to be one of the funnest builds in the game.

Hi, I'm a bit tired of playing low life ST, thinking in build a mjolnir depending on how new tree will come out. But I really would like to keep playing with acuity, so I tought would be better play a crit version of mjolnir.

I have some questions, please be patient I never had a chance to use my mjolnir yet.

1) The 50% chance of proc light gems are REALLY a chance or its a flag that switch 0/1 each attack?
2) In case the 1) are a flag, it proc in the even or odd attack?
3) How LS-GMP works in mjolnir? How the 5 projectiles proc will work on mjolnir?
4) MS-GMP are really way better on a single target than LS-GMP?

I think its a silly question, but I will ask anyways :D If I dont use LL linked in spells and empower my pol it would be enough to sustain reflect with acuity+doryani invitation? Or at least dont kill my self in a single blow and have time to flask atziri promisse...

I always thought that would be possible to use rare amulet and ring in crit mjolnir but I always see the romira and volls. It's possible not use both of them and use a amulet with 38/70 critical and spell damage? Rings would be diamond with attack speed and strength

Theres a mirror shield with spell crit chance and spell damage, I saw a guide that the guy dont use this shield do atziri and use saffels. Its possible to use always saffels or would be a life change use this mirrored one?

Since it's not possible use whirling blade, it really sucks try to use a lioneye's paw? I have one corrupted with +1 gems and it gives 55 strength. I tought could be a good idea, but I dont know about the movement speed...

I have this wrath fang if the ammy arent reliable to use in mjolnir... do you guys think the dagger and ammy plus the mirror shield I told would be more suitable to make a fake mjolnir build? It would be better than a mjolnir build itself? I really dont know since I didnt had played both.

Well I can try to answer some questions, but not all. LS is nice for AoE, but MS is way better for single target. I personally use way more MS than LS. You can try without life leech gem, but then Im afraid reflect might be pain in the ass, popping flask like crazy. Romiras and Volls amu is just best for this build, since it guarantees constant discharging. Your current gear would be very good for fakener, but cyclone can be a bit annoying. I think you should try fakener since you have good gear for it already, if cyclone doesnt bother you

God damned. New skill tree makes me sad, again. I dont like the placing of unwavering stance at all.

Indeed, I thought it wasn't as good as it could be, but it's actually not as bad at first blush. While I play a RT variant of the rainbow style for Mjolner the Templar node changes are looking to be quite juicy with all that increased elemental damage and even a small bit of penetration to go along with it. Losing the shield block nodes do hurt quite a bit, so if Rumi's Concoction isn't touched/nerfed too badly then that will be having a perma-slot of my flask bar to be sure. That all said, looks like the build is capable of staying alive, but will have to see come the absolute final changes and whatever new gems are getting released.

Build is still very possible with the new tree, We're going to have a hard time with crit multi though.

Actually I would say that the new tree is better. Arcane potence is in a very good place for us and celestial punishment seems just crazy good. Only thing that is little annoying is the placing of unwavering stance.

Not too sure but it seems to be a tiny bit worse, Also we would gain more crit chance but less crit multi. celestial punishment Isn't that great, meh it's okay.

Here's a quick screenshot of what I believe may be the best route to unwavering stance, we would also gain a extra endure charge and 0.2% life leech per endure charge.




EDIT: I hvnt had much time to properly optimise the new tree but more changes are going to happen to it and we should also not forget that there will be like 20+ new uniques, one of which may benefit us. Maybe a new unwavering stance unique? who knows.
