It says it works for all spells.. so Flame totem just got awesome, and other fast-hitting spell totems..

5.5k is... not that much considering you have a 6link, you should really work on getting enough mana regen to swap your mana leech gem for something else like faster casting or fire pen

" Given that over half the damage I do is chaos at this poiny I think fire pen would not be as useful.. But it's a good point on the faster casting. Thoughts on Faster Projectiles? Or any other damage boost? I guess added lightning would be good, and herald of ash.. Stormcalling 24/7.

One question: how do you sustain mana when you dual wield?

" At the moment I have a mana leech gem, but it'll soon be replaced with something else for more deeps. I have EB and MoM so my mana pool is huge,and I have clarity and lots of regen nodes. I can sustain shooting incinerate against a wall at nothing indefinitely. Stormcalling 24/7.

It shouldn't affect AA. If Enlighten doesn't affect the mana/sec cost this shouldn't either.

no it doesn't... its a 10% boost over my old wand on freezing pulse, too, so this seems to me not only to be viable for incinerate
