It's the start of 2016 here in New Zealand, so we wanted to post our annual retrospective on 2015. At the end of 2014, we said that it was our best year ever. Just before Christmas we started to send out the Art Packs from the recent Ascendancy Supporter Packs. Here's a look at 8 of the 16 prints being sent out to Sovereign and Ascendant Supporters! In preparation for the announcement of Path of Exile: Ascendancy, we wanted to send all of our Highgate supporters an authentic-looking letter from Chitus Perandus to his uncle Cadiro. The letter describes how Chitus is going to attempt to run Izaro's Labyrinth in order to become Emperor. As you know from later lore, he succeeds. Like most game companies, we don't have experience at making custom letters with parchment paper and wax seals. It involved solving several problems and learning some new skills. The Talisman Challenge Leagues are going extremely well! They have the highest player retention we've seen so far compared to past Path of Exile challenge leagues. Today's news post is a summary of the community's progress through the 32 challenges present in these leagues. We're around 12.5% of the way through the leagues, but some players have managed to complete many of the most difficult challenges so far to earn pieces of their armour sets.
