We're pleased to announce the fourth and final qualifier event for the ExileCon race finale. On August 17th at 2pm (PDT) we'll be hosting an Act 5 Kitava Kill race event where the first to kill Kitava will receive a VIP ExileCon prize package. This means the winner will be flown to New Zealand, invited to the VIP dinner, have their accommodation and convention tickets paid for as well as participate against the other three finalists in the ExileCon race finale. Today during the deployment of the 3.7.4 patch we encountered some problems that led to an extended amount of downtime for Path of Exile as well as progress loss for any gameplay time played between when we initially deployed 3.7.4 and when we were finally able to deploy the fixed version approximately 2 hours later. Since the launch of the Delve expansion last year, many of you have been asking us to make Fossils stackable. We're excited to announce that we managed to resolve technical issues which prevented earlier implementation of this feature. We've just released the Vampiric Portal which replaces the standard appearance of your portals with a round metallic one. Decorated with a fanged skull, this portal has a red swirling effect and bats flying out of it. Check it out by watching this video or click here to get yours. Read More.

We've just introduced the Purple Crystal Apparition Effect to the store. Applied to your amulet, this microtransaction summons a purple crystal ghost above the head of your character from time to time. Check out the video or click here to get yours. Read More.
