I really just hope all these buffs,etc wont make this game easy mode,like Wow and D3
SO uh... the new skills. Where can we get them?
What the hell was the point of the acuity nerf? All the rich players already have them. Now that their price has doubled all the new rich players will still be able to get them. But for the avarage player that needs to work for hard to get them they are impossible to get. What the hell is the balance philosophy behind this? U want the top builds to be less powerful. Well u did exactly the opposite with this shit.
I have two big questions
1. Is the 55% casting stun avoidance from Practical Application cluster additive with other stun avoidance?
2. Are the new penetration passives going to work exactly like the gems mechanics wise?

Also good news on the bow buff. But bow builds need a ton of skillpoints to work. And again coming back to Acuity. On my crit bow i have 9 points wasted for Vaal Pact. And now i am stuck there. U help the bow chars on one hand and cut them at the other one. Now some smartass asskising player will comment: "Working as intended". Splendid...
Should have nerfed shield charge as well. Too OP.

Unless these new Skill Gems are added to existing Quest rewards in the upcoming Expansion, you should still be able to obtain them as regular drops from mobs.
