MMORPG.com Reveals: Catarina, Master of the Dead and Rampage League

Dunno what to think about Rampage. Sounds like another way to stomp endgame even easier. Hopefully the HC league will be good.

Pretty uninterested in this new league rampage

rampage looks like a big disappointment: while you had chance to die while opening a strongbox in ambush, this league only gives you a permabuff... and that supposed to a "challenge league"

can we get this human body totem MTX pls?

Stronboxes were a lot better than this rampage thing.
The last league added new items and ways to get certain items. This rampage league doesn't have anything new itemwise? The patch itself adds a lot itemwise though, forgot about that one -.-

That effect around the character in the screenshot is hopefully not from the rampage cause there's enough effects already in this game causing to much chaos. Adding this effect isn't necessary either so I would leave that out. Or is that a skill? Dont think so but I could be wrong.

Mobs still have a certain amount of health. If you kill a mob in 5 hits, it doesn't matter if those 5 hits are delivered over 3 seconds or 2 seconds... it's still 5 hits. Faster is just an improvement.

PLUS it said you'll get stronger... So as your killstreak grows you should do more damage meaning less hits and less mana. This is all an improvement for any build... Unless I'm massively misunderstanding something.

:) that's true, many wide aoe skills are weaker (reave +iAoE instead of reave +conc effect) which means enemies will go down slower!
And the thing about aps and dmg is so true, didn't think about it.


Really hyped :) as always I'm gonna play both challenge leagues, hope 3mhc will be just as awesome.

not alot of traffic there either, if the comments are any indication. and the ads in the vid are irritating, tho the video player does run better then gamespot's. agreed the quality of writing is worse than what we're used to here, as if they have to keep it real for the lowest common denominator.

but how do you get scion, besides the hair? she's a bit taller than we are used to for the witch, but she's a master. and she's floating and wearing a little skirt, both witchy things, not mention love of the dead. only other correlation i see is using the language "nightmare".

and just to QQ: the wait is too long. or we need a racing season between leagues, not the one month race, but the little races. i am in the forums way too much for anyone's good mental health. standard is boring. i must not be the only person who wants to play but has nothing to do for this several weeks long moment.

That actually makes no sense. Of course it matters. If you have to deliver 5 hits in one second, your mana regen needs to be X. If you have to deliver 5 hits in 5 seconds, your mana regen needs to be X/5 to sustain the attacks.

Rampage news was TOTALLY underwhelming, im unhyped, i dont like the new league idea at all.
