Screenshot of Forsaken Masters Socket Crafting

remember that those crafting options work with corrupted items too
Frankly I'd just stick to RNG for linking a 6 socket item unless I absolutely needed a 6link, 150fus for a 5link sounds fine but if you RNG it on a 6socket item you always have that small chance of getting a 6link, and if you get lucky on that roll you've just made a profit. You'd be pretty unlucky not to get a 5link with 150 fuses anyway.

And 1500 fusings for 6L, 285 for 3 red realy insane, Please reduce it, it must not be such a big over pay.

then you dont have any experience in end game. 1600 fus is enought if you are not agree then go thourght the RNG and lets see what you get, there is a lot of people like me who waste almost his entire currency after weeks of playing without a single result...
Go throught the RNG need a balance price and 1600 or 1500 fusing is more than enought I mean is too cheap .

this might sound like "ive spent more than 1.5k fuses already, why would they let other players to get their 6links cheaper" when some1 might think "i made 3x 6link in less than 700 fuses, why its 1.5k now" but i agree... 1.5k TOO LOW... maybe its kind of a reward for efforts in quests which will alow us to use get 6l from NPC... MAYBE? i hope so. coz 1.5k is TOO LOW ;o
they plan to give challange to get all masters to 8lvl in 3 month league, whcih mean its possible to make all of them max lvl in 3months, and im sure that no random player will ever make it. wonder how many daily quests will be needed for 8 master lvl.

And a lot other good players leave poe from bad gambling systems.
1500 fusing are insane, there no one sell fusings, and most TRY to buy 35-40 MAXIMUM fusing per 1 exalted, farm fusings request months no life boters, its insane overpiced for 6 link.

Same with 285 chromatics for JUST 3 red, its not worth it at all.

People still think they _NEED_ a 6L to play the game and they're entitled to get one CHEAP.

Incredible................

Lol, cheap.

6L'd 9 items or so, most I had to use was 1350. Next highest was 980. Then 533.

It's (on average), more expensive to use the guaranteed 1500 fuse @ craft bench.

Chris said it himself, the prices are set so that *on average*, new crafting is *more* expensive than traditional orb-using... Now poorer players have a "safe" way to collect and use currency, but *on average*, the game is not easier for them, it's actually harder. *On average*, they need more orbs to 6L an item. They just have a definite way of doing it now, that won't get them feeling super-dejected about losing all their wealth for no results.

This. See above personal example. We've all heard the horror stories of 2k, 4k, even 8k fuses sometimes, but those are aberrant. Same goes for the 6L I did in the 1Mo-Sc (Coil 6L'd in 70 fuse).

Bottom line is the -average- is less than 1500. But like Hikaru said, it now provides a fixed opportunity for players who may not be able to afford getting burned by RNG.

but 1500 fusings is stupid how are newbies/ lower levels or those who just want to end game map ever going to save up 1500.

a) Either slowly convert all your other currency to fuse
b) Be okay with a 5L. Which is all you really need to run even 78 maps. The 6L is just gravy to make your build better, but it's by no stretch required.

If they lowered the fuse cost for the guaranteed 6L, it'd defeat the whole point of having 6L's being difficult to get in the first place. They're considered to be a luxury, not a necessity.

Unlike many, this seems really cool, can't wait, and don't see why people are complaing about 1500 fusings ^^^.

People have spent 7,000 fusings trying to 6link a shavs... Stop Complaining!

Dude you are talking about an ENG GAME GEAR. it is supposed to be the most powerful item in the entire game, how do you want to get that easily?

You have a 5 link options which is pretty cheap, you dont need to be that greedy without wasting your currency.
Everyone does, but now we have an decent option, stop bitching about something that is fair enought to all players.

Maybe I've just been lucky with 5L, but 150 fusings seems like a lot. Chroms prices seem reasonable though. 285 chroms for 3xRed doesn't seem that far off. I've always had terrible luck with them.
You make my ochinchin go doki doki.

In the one month league I have been able to save over 1000 alts, (and I use them in game as well, not just hoard) which converts to 62 fus at a vendor (4 alt=1 jeweler 4 jeweler=1 fus) so Im not sure that the 5l and 6l prices are at all unreasonable.

As for new/casual players not being able to save that much, thats a simple one. New and casual players DO NOT NEED 5l AND 6l chests. No one does, really. A 2015 Mercedes would rock, but my 2005 Chevy gets me to work and back. I have a 2 6l and several 5l but for most builds 4l does just fine in maps.

I used to get really pissed at the RNG in this game, but good things started to finally come my way when I gave up my sense o entitlement.
