This guy will be your guide, in order to kill the guy in the right side of the new website skin. When you kill him in the end you will realise that the guy in the left was behind of all these and he will escape to... The next expansion... (Any similarities with Azunite Scholar and Dungeon Siege 2 are completely a coincidence.)

Assassins and Barbarians you pick in Act 1 to get a permanent buff like the bandits. My speculation.

I feel pretty confident that this content patch is going to revolve around meeting the legendary characters from the lore. Notice one of the silhouettes holding what looks like Aurumvorax; another holding Marohi, and a character whose outline resembles the Gemling Queen.

The Karui has something in his back. And the red thing seems like his projection.
Karui magic?

Looks like a fighting arena to me, perhaps with a new NPC that gives rewards upon completion or some such.

Clearly a female marauder, right? You can tell by the bald head!

To me the red thing looks like a demon without legs and a flame skull head. Happy to post a screenshot showing what I mean.

There's also a totem behind the Karui/Marauder dude.
