Normal : adds a socket to an item (4L+1->4L+2 for example) Cruel : adds a randow affix to an item (=free exa) Merciless : adds a link to an item (4L->5L, 5L->6L) And if you save the three, he gives you instead a Shav after killing dominus :D SSF for ever :)

In next expansion we can get Machine guns and pistols <3 hehe BTW that red something is a protal which you quit that new areas.. CrossBow unique will be nice too <3 In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.
