That rock looks like a turtle, turtles confirmed !

look at the red "portal" looking thing

the top is his flaming skull looking down to the lower right corner
in the middle you see the tatoo which corresponds to the kaom standing there,
there is some shoulder armor and his arm too-

let me help you out a bit

blue: shoulder armor and arm
white: skull
green: chest

moar edit: yes i know it's not shoulder armor :< i drew this pic before i saw the other guys diagram and it makes more sense that it's his muscles i agree, but the skull still looks "skully" to mee

i guess it's not kaom from chris reddit post stating he's not in the expansion

but the whole thing is definitely coming "off" the duelist
soo.. some buff maybe.

edit2: the red "shimmer" around the karui's back/totem thingy seems to be the same as the projection

Surprised you guys didn't include a "just a reminder guys, the current supporter packs end on Monday" message in the OP.

Karui slave, side area at The Climb or Prisoner's Gate, possesed by some kind of magic, quest for him npc, etc..

in my opinion that red thing look like a portal maybe new microtransaction apeareance for portals, or maybe new side area like corupted areas, that can be acces. and that badass 2th wilder could be a guardian of that portal. :D

Why would a shoulder armor have tatoos on it? Nah, that is just a reflection of the person standing there.

My guess is that this is some new bosses that you either meet ramdomly or get's involved with in some side quest. When you fight them they all have a chance of dropping a certain unique item, in this case with this fellow the Marohi Erqi uniqe. But that's just my guess.

Nice one, it really looks liek you tell.

I would be happy, if they made, they world a little bit more open. I mean, NPCs in it, like it was in Dungeon Siege, not only in towns. And maybe selecting a faction, between those two guys (i noticed yesterday, that this right guy looks like Watch Dogs main character or the Thief character). They could actually make two quest lines around those two guys.
